About Lisa

I’m Lisa Maria Mitchell, and I’ve spent the last 10 years learning what it truly takes to feel at home in your body again and feeling true connection.

I’m a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, NLP Master Practitioner, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Specialist, but more than that, I understand what it feels like to live in fight, flight, and freeze.

The 4 Pillars Method wasn’t created in theory.

It was built through lived experience.

After losing my business, experiencing a breakdown, and navigating a deeply unhealthy relationship, my nervous system was dysregulated and my sense of self was fractured. That period of my life became what I now call my “breakdowns to breakthroughs.”

Lisa Maria Mitchell is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, NLP Master Practitioner, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist.

Out of those experiences, I learned:

  • The importance of self-worth
  • The power of boundaries
  • The necessity of emotional regulation
  • The role of strength in rebuilding identity
  • And how deeply the nervous system shapes our behaviour

Following that period, I also experienced early menopause, another major transition that forced me to understand hormones, stress, and energy at a deeper level.

Life can feel like a rollercoaster. Ronan Keating was right. But when you learn to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your heart, and rebuild physical strength, you step off the chaos and into control.

The 4 Pillars Method - Challenge • Adapt • Evolve

I help women break free from survival mode and stress-driven coping patterns so they can reconnect with their bodies and lead themselves with strength and clarity.

Through nervous system regulation and the 4 Pillars Method, I guide you from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected to feeling grounded, energised, confident, and back in control of your life.

Your Coaching Philosophy (Clear & Grounded)

  1. Most women are not broken – they are dysregulated.
  2. Stress-driven coping patterns are nervous system responses, not personality flaws.
  3. You cannot “mindset” your way out of a dysregulated body.
  4. Strength is not punishment – it is reclamation.
  5. Life transitions (including menopause) are not decline — they are recalibration points.
  6. Real transformation happens when mind, emotion, body, and fuel are trained together

Life transitions – whether menopause, burnout, or relationship breakdown – are not endings. They are recalibration points.
Most women are not broken. They are running on stress.

Real change does not happen by pushing harder. It happens when you regulate your nervous system, rebuild strength, retrain thought patterns, and stabilise your energy through nutrition – together.

This is not about coping better.

It’s about becoming stronger.
